This tread is so all of the moderators of the Tumblr and Live Journal sites can post what they're working on and the changes they've made to each site.
I hope having this place to talk will help everyone know what each other is working on and prevent any confusion or wasted work.

Hello my lovelies,
After a short campaign of minor arm twisting, I’m happy to tell you that we now have 11 confirmed judges, along with 7 call-if-you’re-desperates. Thank you all for responding to my cries.
Right now the plan is to put a panel of at least 3 of you together for each section of categories. That way, no one with have to take full responsibility for choosing winners because, believe me, that sucks. Once the panels are chosen, I will send you all the contact information for your fellow judges. Together, you can decide how you want to proceed, (for example, having one person read the entries of each category and choosing the top three for all to agree winner and runner-up from, or making a point system you want to follow for the merits of each work).
I will do my best to give you all the categories you want. If you don’t give me a preference, I will put you where I need you. Also, please let me know if you are willing to be on more than one panel. If so, I will try not to overload you and give you a fic section along with one of the smaller sections.
Feel free to ask me if you’re not sure if I have you as a confirmed judge or a just-in-case right now. I don’t want to put the list up in public.
It is my hope to finalize the Category List and Rules Page in the next week or two and start adding to our websites. I’ve also decided to re-write the Judges Agreement as a Judges Statement which will be put on the sites to explain how we are working to our visitors. (I feel I know you all enough to trust you to do your best 
I think that’s all for now. I will contact my mods as tasks come up. Thank you all again for jumping into this craziness with me.

Update 12/20
Hey guys!
Restfield and I almost have our two sites ready. Tumblr (headlineawards.tumblr.com/) is beautiful and LJ (tonyhead-awards.livejournal.com/) only needs a little touch up. Every time I look at them I get excited.
I have finished making a nomination form for the awards. You can check it out at (www.jotform.us/form/43491217153148). We will put up the links to make it available for use on the 1st. As always, if you see anything that I'm missing or might be confusing, let me know.
As for the judging, I hope no one is stressing. I find I'm having to wait to assign you because, of course, you can't judge in a category you might be nominated or have any kind of bias in. I'm hoping to be able to sort you out about half way through nominations to give you a little head start if you want it. And I do have all the preferences you've sent me so far, but if there's something you're really hoping for, let me know. Also, if you'd like to volunteer for the long-fic/series panel, bless you. It looks like everyone will get three or four categories, but that one will be a monster and I don't want anyone overwhelmed.
Lastly, this Monday marks ten days until launch. I hops to start spreading the word and getting people excited, To that end, I made the attached to put on the blogs for that day. You are all required to reblog it! As you can see, I suck at this stuff, so if anyone wants to do better, go for it. Just get it to me by midnight Sunday and yours will be posted instead. And I just realized that time is relative... So, contact me if you want to fix something up and we will wait to post yours on Monday when you send it. Also, if you want to make something for another day counting down... YAY!

Wow. This nomination form looks almost perfect! Might ask that the character name be filled in for all of the 'other characters' category, not just bge. Probably wouldn't hurt to have a fandom/character fill in box for the additional awards (long fic, hydra, etc.) as well.

Artist's Name - probably "Author's Name" would be better.
URL of Nomination - IMO, something like "Link to nominated item" is better, nowdays not everyone knows what "URL" means.
Pairing and Rating - "Main Characters or Pairing and Rating" or "Pairing (if any) and Rating".
Art/Grphics Categories - typo here
Password (Rulse page) - typo
There should be some "Additional notes" field, in case the nominator whants to add or ask something.

Thanks again you two. I think I tweaked it to answer all concerns. I added a Character/Fandom box at the beginning to cover all the awards. It was better than adding a lot of extra boxes to clutter the form. The box for BGE is now basically only needed for if the story is a Hydra entry. They have to choose one character to enter. That's the only way we can fairly judge it. I added a box for comments and questions about the nomination if needed. And I fixed the typos and believe I made the fields mentioned above clearer. form.jotform.us/form/43491217153148Here it is to take a look. |

Do we have to know contact information for the author to nominate them? There's a lot of folks on AO3 with no contact information. One assumes comments on the work itself should reach them, but that might not always be the case.

The comments on a site like AO3 will work fine. That's why I didn't ask for any specific type of contact info. I think, because we are not archiving, we don't necessarily need permission from the author to enter their work in the judging. But, it's nice to be able to let them know they are nominated.

About that contact info clarification - probably we should add it to nomination form or rules page? I'm sure this question will pop up eventually.

Added a note to make the artist's info clearer on the form. See if you think that will help people. I also added links to the category and rules pages for quick reference.
And wherever you can get to help us spread the word or affiliate with is excellent. The more fans we can reach, especially in the other fandoms, the better.
